I don't see description such a necessary thing: I just don't know what to write in here (I even inserted shrug emoji instead but it turned into "?"). Plus there always automatically (or not) a MIDI info written: the tempo, the type, instruments, etc..
What do you think of it?

According to your description,
you send midi editor will automatically write
- tempo (bpm) time signature (4/4)
- SYSEX because it does not send a message default (GM)
- instrument will automatically replace it with "piano1" because of "no settings"
uyou just need to readjust the corresponding parameters.
