目前编曲软件Domino已经有三十一平均律的版本了，听感很像音乐教室里老师那台未曾调过音的钢琴；MIDI适配三十一平均律只需256个键，我觉得

楼上的回答已经说清楚了。不过并不一定就会降低音域范围。对于其他律制，一般都通过弯音实现，比如ableton的microtuner，reaper的JSFX。还有一些建模/合成器音源自身就有支持，例如使用更多midi通道来应对增加的音符
