《LEVEL5 -judgelight-》是TV动画《某科学的超电磁炮》的OP2，由fripSide演唱。

简介
sat花费了大量的精力来制作这首歌，把它称为“满足了全部各种要素的完美的”歌曲，是自己创作的“百里挑一”的一首歌。
标题中的“judgelight”是sat自创的词，由“judgement”（“裁决”）与“light”（“光”）组成，即“裁决之光”，代表了御坂美琴的电磁炮中发出的正义之光。
仅有的一首以fripSide名义作词的歌曲，歌词是由sat和南条爱乃分别写歌词后互相混合而成的。南条把自己从“美琴、黑子、初春、佐天”中感受到的羁绊写到了歌词中。
前奏带感的电音和某知名厂商Tokyo Hot的音乐有些许相似。
值得一提的是，PV是在中国青岛的圣弥爱尔大教堂拍摄的。PV继承了第一作《only my railgun》开创的魔性风格，前作PV中出现的小道具也有登场。
sat首次在PV中使用Virus TI2 Polar。
在演唱会上，sat总是会在主歌第二句开始进行和音。
专辑《infinite synthesis》的特典CD《Re:product mixes ver.I.S》收录了斋藤真也的重编曲版本《LEVEL5 -judgelight- [sat vs shiny RMX]》。
重制版《LEVEL5-judgelight- -version 2022-》收录于fripSide二十周年纪念专辑《double Decades》中。重制版的音质好了很多
