打篮球，唱篮球，篮球是我们的好朋友。
常打篮球交朋友，走遍天下有朋友。
希望人人打篮球，身体健康又长寿。
打篮球，有讲究，外行看热闹内行看门路。
球技高低有讲究，龙腾虎跃誓不休。
比赛场上竞风流，人人争当神投手。
打篮球，靠三力，腕力腹力和弹力。
投好蓝，靠手腕，要制空呀靠腹撑。
弹力好呀跳得高，三力哪个也少不了。
打篮球，三过人，腿部上肢和眼神。
腿部过人带重心，上肢过人加转身。
视力过人快如神，身体倾斜重心下沉。
打篮球，有技巧，内线那个扛顶抢，
外线那个闪过挡，组织后卫横冲直闯。
球打中心是本行，各个队员都用上。
打篮球，讲战术，两控制两快是要术。
前后蓝板要争先，进攻防守赶在前。
人人切莫只等闲，齐心拼搏把分添。
打篮球，三角传，密切配合是关键。
中远投球要果断，各种联防不断换。
死打硬拼去夺冠，观众看后笑开颜。
