Introduction
《青年进行曲》后更名为《呼唤公民》是1948年－1975年越南共和国（南越）使用的国歌。
1975年越南共和国灭亡后，其国歌的地位被废止，越南南方共和国的国歌《解放南方》取而代之。但此歌仍被一些越战后流亡海外的越侨广泛传唱，他们称其为“自由越南国歌”，因而此歌作者刘友福尽管是一名共产主义者，但此歌往往被贴上反共产主义的标签。
