《这是我们最爱的国家》是几内亚比绍的国歌。由几内亚比绍的开国领导人阿米卡尔·卡布拉尔作词，中国作曲家晓河（何同鉴）作曲，在1974年独立以后被采用。1975年7月5日，佛得角宣告独立，几内亚比绍共和国的国歌，又成为佛得角共和国的国歌。在1996年之前，佛得角也曾采用该曲作为国歌，之后采用了《自由之歌》作为新国歌。
