Introduction

《海军军歌》是中华民国海军现行军歌，史料未记载创作时期，但约为桂永清担任海军总司令1946年至1949年间创作，为中国抗日战争胜利后所确定，作词者为桂永清，作曲者为音乐家陈德义。关于作曲者众说纷纭，有一说是作曲家刘雪庵，但根据史料记载作曲者为陈德义之可信度较高。
