【夜未央潮已退】简述
2015年在纪念抗日战争胜利70周年的大阅兵活动中，习主席向世界宣布中国裁减军队30万。军队将有一大批干部面临转业。长期在部队工作的干部，政治上坚决拥护中央军委的重大决定。走精兵强军之路，一方面对部队的依恋心理更为迫切。我的一半工作時间是在部队度过的，虽退役了，每当夜晚十点听到息灯号响起時，就联想到在部队的工作和生活。一名现役军官，妻子来电多次讯问何時转业？对于这个问题，军官无言回答。他这夜无眠，慢步走到海边看潮听潮，再次听到部队军号响起…..
